'Bloody-Sugar' in a day

I wonder how much sugar did I takes a day.
Did you ever wonder that?
And, sometimes it scares me becoz..
I felt I took A LOT!


In a day I could eat this...

...set of popcorn with large soft drink
(from what I knew - it contains <8 spoon of sugar!)
and a cuppy!
Btw, the cuppy star so comel!

The "sugar-intake" did not stop after the cinema-snack.
I'm having strawberry & marshmallow choc after that!

anddd a drink of chocolate chips with whip cream!


Takut kene kencing manis la.....
Scared!
