Stay Fit, Keep the Weight During Hari Raya

5 imposible ways to follow...

1) When you are on the visiting to others' house, always choose kuih raya, instead of choosing another dish. Mesti susah nak buat ni bila ada ternampak rendang-ketupat dihidang kan?


2) When there are side-dish like laksa, meehun sup, mee rebus... what to choose? - choose to eat all! but only takes the kuah. Contoh, makan laksa - ambik kuah sahaja, makan meehun sup - makan sup sahaja :p All those carbohidrates-container are prohibited! Haha :D Pun nampak susah nak ikut neh!


3) If you are really longing of ketupat, lemang, nasi impit, ketupat palas, etc., choose nasi impit only, because nasi impit contains no fat! Tapi mana sama rasa dengan lemang or ketupat. Nasi dan pulut lain rasanya. Pulut lagi sedap!

4) Jangan keluar menziarah ke rumah orang lain, untuk mengelakkan makan banyak dan banyak kali :p Ini sikap kurang baik. We suppose to visit each other during Hari Raya.

5) "Puasa enam"! ;p
