DI BAHAGIAN PENGANJURAN MARA.
Saye, "Hello, I'm calling behalf of my sister, saye nak check.........."
Ended up, I talks to six peoples who work in the SAME DEPARTMENT. What a nice working culture. Kerja kau kerja kau, kerja aku kerja aku.



"Formula" bila anda menghubungi MARA melalui telefon atau face-to-face lah.

2. Kalau jawapan bagi soalan yang anda tanyakan adalah negative, tanya kenapa begitu. Jangan mudah percaya dengan jawapan yang pertama. I says this because I got experience. Terima lah nasihat ini.


As for me, I never got any problems dealing with MARA, from my diploma years till now. Tapi kawan kawan dan adik I sendiri face some problems with them. Dan kadang kadang problem tuh tak masuk akal, remeh temeh hal yang ape entah susah sangat nak settle.


Is that because of MARA's ethic or the communication skill one can't have?

    TAK. ENGINEERING IN ELECTRONICS. JAUH NAU KAN FROM MASS COMM BUT WE STILL HAVE TO LEARN COMM SKILL DALAM SYLLABUS UNTUK SATU SEM. TAPI SAYE ADE KEBERANIAN UNTUK BERCAKAP THRU PHONE NI SBB ADE PENGALAMAN KERJA N I PRETTY MUCH KNOW HOW TO HANDLE COMMUNICATIONS N WHATNOT. SAYE SUKE BACE BLOG KAMU JUGA! :))
